Student Lists

Class List

This list will include all students in the selected class.  The page will default to display own classes only, however, to view all classes, uncheck the "Display own classes only" check box.

To view the class list, click on the desired class, select the desired format and click on Generate.

The formats available are shown on the School Lists page of this document.

Homeroom List

This list will include all students in the selected Homeroom/s for the selected semester. The list will default to being ordered alphabetically, however, it can produce students grouped by House or Year Level if needed.

Select the desired information and click Generate.

Year Level List

This list will include all students in the selected Year Level/s for the selected semester. The list will default to being ordered alphabetically, however, it can produce students grouped by House or Homeroom if needed.

Select the desired information and click Generate.

Student Subject List

This list will include all subjects taken by the selected student for the selected semester/s.

Select the desired information and click Generate.

Full Student List

This list will include all students for the selected semester. The list will default to being ordered alphabetically, however, it can produce students grouped by House, Year Level or Homeroom if needed.

Select the desired information and click Generate.

House List

This list will include all students in the selected House/s for the selected semester. The list will default to being ordered alphabetically, however, it can produce students grouped by Year Level or Homeroom if needed.

Select the desired information and click Generate.

Student Labels

This feature will create labels for all students in the selected Year Level/s for the selected semester. The labels can be generated for Avery L7159 or Avery L7160 paper and will show the student name and the information chosen to generate by, ie: Year Level, Homeroom. House or Class.
