Calendar Views

Personal Preferences

This section allows the user to select which calendars they would like displayed on their School calendars home page. Simply select the appropriate check boxes and save.

Colleague Calendar

This interface shows the user which colleagues have granted them access to their personal calendars, allows the user to grant colleagues access to their personal calendar and allows the user to view colleague's calendars.

To grant another user access to your personal calendar, select their name from the Colleague drop-down list and specify the level of access they should have. Then click on Assign.

To view the calendar of a colleague, select the Calendar tab. Then select the name from the drop down list. If you have been granted access to create and modify events, the Add New button will be visible and modifications can be made by clicking on the event itself.  If you only have read access, no extra buttons will be visible.
