5. Staff Absences

 


This window on the Workdesk Home for staff will list all Staff Absences which have been entered into SIMON for the current day.

Mousing over the staff member's name in this window will tell the user which periods the staff member is absent.

 

NOTE: The Daily Organisation must have been initialised for the specific absence times to be shown in this way.

The heading on this window will take the user to the Daily Organisation module.

Staff will only have access to View Staff Absences and generate Reports.

The Maintainer - Daily Organisation will have access to all menu items.
